One standard generation costs 1 credit, regardless of which mode you use — Text to Figure, Sketch to Figure, Reference, PDF, Photo, or Enhancer. Vector Canvas edits and re-exports of an already-generated figure are free. Large multi-panel renders and 4K-resolution exports use 2-3 credits. A typical paper figure takes ~2 credits including a few iterations.

Pay-as-you-go credits stay valid for the period shown on each plan (2 months for Starter, 6 months for Standard, 1 year for Premium). Subscription credits refresh at each billing cycle and any unused credits from the previous cycle do not roll over.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle, so you keep access until the period you've already paid for ends.

Yes — if you've used fewer than 20 credits and it has been less than 7 days since the purchase, we'll refund the full amount. Email [email protected] with your order ID and we'll process it within 2 business days.

Verified students and educators get 30% off any plan. Use your .edu (or equivalent institutional) email at checkout and follow the verification link we send. The discount applies to both subscriptions and one-time credit packs.

Yes. Every plan includes a personal academic-use license — figures you generate from your own data, descriptions, or sketches are yours to publish in peer-reviewed journals, theses, and presentations. The Premium plan also includes a commercial-use license for textbooks, courseware, and posters.

Every purchase produces a downloadable PDF receipt in your billing settings. If you need a formal invoice with your institution's name, address, and tax / VAT ID, email [email protected] with the details and we'll send one within 1 business day.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All charges are processed securely in USD through Stripe; your bank may apply its own conversion rate if you pay in another currency.
